    About The Role

    • Leadership: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including large corporates and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice on complex accounting and financial matters, including tax planning, business strategy, and financial management.

    • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, including junior and senior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

    • Project Management: Manage large-scale accounting projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion while adhering to professional standards and client expectations.

    • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and addressing complex queries or concerns.

    • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all accounting practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, and oversee the quality control of work produced by the team.

    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

    • Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing professional development initiatives.

    Beneficial Experience

    • Extensive experience in senior accounting or managerial roles within a public practice or Top 20 accounting firm.

    • Proven track record in managing complex client portfolios and providing high-level strategic advisory services.

    • Experience in leading and developing a team of accountants, including mentoring and performance management.

    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

    • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

    • 6+ years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in project management and strategic advisory.

    • CA/CPA Qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.

    • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
