    About The Role

    • Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

    • Accounting Services: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

    • Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax planning, financial management, and business strategy to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

    • Team Support: Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.

    • Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices adhere to relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    Beneficial Experience

    • Extensive experience in accounting roles within a public practice or a reputable accounting firm.

    • Proven ability to manage financial statements, tax returns, and advisory services for a varied client base.

    • Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff, including providing training and mentorship.

    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

    • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.

    • 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in financial reporting and advisory services.

    • CA/CPA Qualification (or close to completion) is highly desirable.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
