About The Role
Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Accounting Services: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax planning, financial management, and business strategy to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
Team Support: Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices adhere to relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing professional development initiatives.
Beneficial Experience
Extensive experience in accounting roles within a public practice or a reputable accounting firm.
Proven ability to manage financial statements, tax returns, and advisory services for a varied client base.
Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff, including providing training and mentorship.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
4+ years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in financial reporting and advisory services.
CA/CPA Qualification (or close to completion) is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
