    About The Role

    • Client Management: Handle a varied portfolio of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises and high-net-worth individuals.

    • Accounting Services: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting reports for clients.

    • Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax planning, financial management, and business strategy to help clients achieve their financial goals.

    • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting assistants, offering guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.

    • Compliance: Ensure that all accounting practices comply with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized service and addressing any queries or concerns.

    Beneficial Experience

    • Extensive experience in accounting roles within a public practice or boutique accounting firm.

    • Proven ability to manage financial statements, tax returns, and advisory services for a diverse client base.

    • Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff, including providing training and support.

    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

    • 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in financial reporting and advisory.

    • CA/CPA Qualification (or close to completion) is highly desirable.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
