    About The Role

    • Audit Execution: Lead and conduct audits for a diverse range of clients, including large organizations and government entities, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.

    • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and addressing complex queries related to audit and compliance.

    • Audit Planning: Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessment, strategy, and execution, to ensure effective and efficient audit processes.

    • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior auditors and audit assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

    • Compliance: Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with relevant auditing standards, regulations, and internal policies.

    • Reporting: Prepare and review audit reports, financial statements, and other deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional standards.

    • Quality Control: Conduct quality reviews of audit work, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with audit methodologies and best practices.

    • Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and auditing best practices, contributing to the firm’s ongoing professional development initiatives.

    Beneficial Experience

    • Extensive experience in audit roles within a public practice or Top 100 accounting firm.

    • Proven ability to manage audits, including planning, execution, and reporting for a diverse client base.

    • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, providing training and support.

    • Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

    • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.

    • 3+ years of experience in audit, with a solid background in audit methodologies and quality control.

    • CA/CPA Qualification (or close to completion) is highly desirable.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
